Acharya Shri Mahashraman, as an Anuvrat Anushasta, is skillfully navigating the Anuvrat Movement by spreading the message of 'Self-discipline is Life'.

The 'Anuvrat' movement came into existence on 2nd March, 1949 by Acharya Shri Tulsi. The movement was initiated to establish moral values. The word 'Anuvrat' means a set of small vows developed to eradicate social evils like casteism, communal disharmony, dowry, cheating, violence, etc. It is an annotative blessing for humanity by Acharya Shri Tulsi. Anuvrat presents the broad perspective of religion and faith to the society by transcending the discrimination of caste, state, religion, color and gender. A person of any caste, creed, color and religion can have the pride of being an Anuvrati. Anuvrat plays an important role in building character and morals in society.

Yugpradhan Acharya Shri Mahapragya not only elucidated the philosophical connotation of Anuvrat Movement but also gave his full support in an inseparable way with Acharya Shri Tulsi. After the demise of Acharya Shri Mahapragya, this responsibility is now on Acharya Shri Mahashraman's potential shoulders.

Under the leadership of Acharya Shri Mahashraman, the Anuvrat Mahasamiti, with more than 200 branches across India and abroad, Anuvrat Vishwa Bharati and Anuvrat Nyas – all three are propagating the message of morality the world over.

Under the spiritual guidance of Acharya Mahashraman, Anuvrat Mahasamiti and it's more than 225 branches spread over India and abroad, Anuvrat Vishwa Bharathi, Anuvrat Nyas and Anuvrat Shikshan Sansthan, through their various ventures have been trying to propagate the message of morality all over the world.
